Even though we've done our best to provide a safe, secure shopping environment, we understand that some users would still rather not send their personal data over the Internet. We respect that concern and hope you will still feel free to place your order using postal mail, fax, or our toll-free order line. About Privacy

Bonsaimonk.com does not release its customer information to third-parties, either electronically or by any other method. The only mailings you'll receive from us are catalogs, sales flyers and newsletters that relate to Bonsai By The Monastery. If you prefer not to receive these mailings, just contact us by mail, phone or e-mail and we'll remove your name from our list. The Abbey Store and Monastery maintain their own mailing lists. To be included in their list contact them by mail, phone or e-mail.

Our E-Store supports a "Customer Account" feature. This feature allows frequent customers to check out quickly by automatically filling in forms with data they have previously saved. This data is protected the same as all other customer data and is not released to third-parties. Even so, you are not required to use the Customer Account feature to check out. Just choose the "Place Order without Account" link on the login form to continue the check out process without logging in.

If a user elects to use our "Tell-a-Friend" referral service for informing a friend about our site, we ask them for the friend’s name and email address. Bonsaimonk.com will automatically send the friend a one-time e-mail inviting them to visit our site. This information is not stored by Bonsaimonk.com and will not be used to contact the friend in the future.

About Browser "cookies"
