- Fax: Print a copy of our order form from the website and fill it in, including phone number and credit card information. Fax it to the number shown above.
- Phone Orders: Have your order and credit card number ready and call the toll-free number shown above. If calling from the Atlanta calling area, please call the local number listed above.
- Postal Orders: Print a copy of our order form from the website and fill it in. Calculate the charges according to the instructions, enclose a check or money order for the proper amount and mail to the address shown above.

- All orders are to be prepaid in US funds and may be in check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover/Novus. Prices in our E-Catalog supersede all others previously published by us.

- All orders delivered within the state of Georgia will be charged 6% sales tax.

- Our previously published discount plans have been discontinued along with our packing and handling charge (actual shipping cost is charged). This simplifies our order processing and allows us to serve you better.

- If you order an item that is sold out we will contact you before shipping your order.

- If you are not satisfied with your purchase (no returns on books and videos) you may return it within 15 days in good condition for exchange or refund. If a product is defective, call customer service and we'll arrange the shipping. If not defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost. When returning pottery, please call first for packing instructions. Pottery colors vary and cannot be guaranteed.

- We are not responsible for damage after delivering the order to the carrier (UPS). Our orders are packed carefully but occasionally the pottery arrives broken. If that happens, keep the packaging material and notify both UPS (1.800.PICK.UPS / 800.742.5877) and our customer service department of the damage immediately. UPS may choose to pickup the damaged goods for return to us. Once notified by you, UPS will contact our office and we will complete the claim. Failure to notify both UPS and Bonsai By The Monastery may nullify your claim.

- All items are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) ground service. The average delivery time is 3 - 7 business days. Please use your street address; UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. Faster service (UPS Air) is available at additional cost. Call or email for charges.

- Costs to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and foreign countries are higher. We may choose a different carrier depending on the destination and cost. The costs will be calculated after the order is received. A handling charge may be included, depending on the choice of carrier. You will be notified for approval of the final cost and carrier before shipping your order.

- Any duty, customs fees and/or brokerage fees charged by the carrier are
the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery.

- We now charge the actual shipping cost and no packing or handling charges on most orders. We reserve the right to charge for unusual packing for a few select items and will notify the customer before shipping. If prepaying with a check or money order, include 20% of the order total to cover shipping. For tool orders include 10%. (Minimum shipping amount, $6.50) For pottery orders larger than $250.00 call for an estimate. We'll refund any excess after your order has shipped.
